Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Specialist and Transaction Coordinator at Flexacres, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates throughout the transaction process.
- Manage the coordination of property sales from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
- Facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, title companies, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and track transaction documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Assist in resolving client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications in our CRM system.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and provide insights to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, real estate, or transaction coordination is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, or title processes is an advantage but not required.
